Easy Sauteed Kale
This sauteed kale recipe is very easy to make & taste delicious. The garden is blooming with Red Russian Kale. Kale is a good source of Vitamin A, K, C and manganese. This kale recipe uses minimal ingredients and makes a great snack or a side dish. This recipe is ready to eat in less than 5 minutes. I hope you will give this light dish a try.

- 2 Cups Kale, Chopped
- 1-2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
- Turn stove on to low heat. Add olive oil to the pan. Add the garlic and saute for 1 minute.
- Turn heat up to low to medium heat. Add Kale into the pan. Stir kale into pan for approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
- Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
