Ham and Eggs Waffle Fries

- 1 Cup ham, chopped
- 4 Large eggs
- Shredded cheese for topping
- 12 pieces waffle fries (Alexia Waffle Fries Brand used for this recipe)
- Corn tortillas
- For waffle fries: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place fries in a glass baking pan. Bake for approximately 12-14 minutes until crispy.
- For Ham and Eggs: When fries are halfway baking, get started on making the ham and eggs. Turn on stove to low heat. Add chopped ham and heat for few minutes. Turn stove to medium heat. Add eggs. Let eggs cooked untouched for approximately 1 1/2 minute. Flip eggs and flip to the other side. Let it cook for another 1 minute. Add shredded cheese. Top with waffle fries. Serve with corn tortillas
