- 1 Zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 Garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Heat small pan over low heat. Coat pan with the olive oil.
- Add garlic to pan, saute for 30 seconds. Add zucchini. Stir ingredients in pan. Saute for 7 to 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
